The portal clearly displays all outstanding payment requests from tenants and those that have fallen into arrears.

Tenant's arrears history

From within the portal, you can see a particular tenant's arrears history: how often they have been in arrears, the length of time they have been in arrears and the amount they have been in arrears for.

If needed, there is also a default statement that can be generated from the portal. This shows all requests leading to arrears and all payments that have been made since.

Notifications

Reminders can be handled by a click of a button and chaser emails and SMS are sent to the tenant. 

We can notify you of every payment received, as soon as it is received no matter what the payment channel it comes from.

By utilising our service this can significantly reduce the administrative cost of chasing late payers, which is not only time consuming but also frustrating and stressful.
