Reporting
The LettsPay platform displays a number of metrics on screen, so you can see snapshots at a glance, e.g. all tenants in arrears or payments due today.
You have the ability to extract data such as NRL reports, business accounts, and arrears.
Cloud-based dashboard
With our cloud based dashboard, you can view all of the incoming payments in real time, no matter which payment channel your tenant chooses to use!
The dashboard clearly shows you who has paid, when they paid and by which method. It will also show you if they have any outstanding debt.
Total control and visibility
The tenant information page shows all tenants in arrears, the amount and length of the arrears. You can also download a CSV extract of this information if you want to handle the process outside the portal.
This gives you total control and visibility of your rent collection at any time of the day, through any laptop or mobile device.
