Lettspay become an accredited Propertymark Supplier

Award winning client accounting platform Lettspay has become an accredited Propertymark supplier.

Their unique market leading solutions, particularly in addressing the issue of undesignated client accounts and client money protection that is being faced by the residential lettings industry, was a key factor in their appointment.

Registered with the FCA, the Lettspay platform manages payments to Landlords, contractors, deposit accounts and HMRC as well as improving arrears management, landlord and tenant communication.

The Lettspay partnership with Griffin Bank, coupled with integrations with leading lettings CRMs such as OnTheMarket Software’s teclet platform, Apex 27, Loop, The Lettings Hub and Aaeron (the group that includes Fixflo and the Arthur CRM) helped reinforce their appointment as an accredited Propertymark Supplier and follows their recent recognition as an approved supplier for the Scottish Association of Landlords.

Garrett Foxon, CEO of Lettspay said:

“We have been in discussions with Propertymark for many months and, crucially and rightly, have had to demonstrate that our client accounting solution meets their stringent requirements in respect of client money and anti-money laundering protection.

I am delighted that we have achieved this important recognition and are now able to directly bring our platform and services to the attention of the 18,000 Propertymark members and to provide a genuine opportunity for them to innovate and thereby deliver improved customer service and reduce costs, knowing that their client accounting is being handled automatically and compliantly at all times.”

Jason Lee, Head of Commercial at Propertymark said:

“It is a vital consideration that any accredited supplier of Propertymark is providing ‘best in class’ services for our members and we have undertaken a rigorous compliance appraisal of the Lettspay platform and the benefits it provides.”
