You and your tenants data is stored within two Microsoft Azure data centres within the UK. Physical security at these sites is of the highest order.

Virtual security is equally as high, at every step of the journey there is dual authentication and each clients’ data is ring fenced, so only their users can have access to the data. In the extremely unlikely event a breach occurs, data is encrypted in transit and at rest within the datacentre to ensure confidentiality.
Data hosting and retention
Throughout product design, data security and retention have been foremost considerations, which is why we have kept data retention to an absolute minimum; we are only saving the data that we need, nothing more.
LettsPay uses Microsoft Azure as its cloud infrastructure provider for ultra scalability and resilience. Cloud services downtime is rare, so we can ensure high availability of our platform. Your data is securely stored and encrypted in transit and at rest in Microsoft's UK datacentres.
