All payments into the digital accounts go through our sophisticated reconciliation engine. For Direct Debits and Open Banking payments, 100% of payments are automatically reconciled.

As each landlord has their own sort code and account number, in the rare case that a payment is not automatically reconciled, there is a simple choice of only that landlord's tenants to match payments to.
No funds can be released from the system unless reconciled ensuring every penny is traced through the system and gone are the days of differing balances.
Bulk payments
LettsPay can reconcile payments from Tenants, Guarantors, Landlords and third parties such as Deposit schemes.
LettsPay can also facilitate bulk payments into its disbursement account which can be dispersed across the tenants. This is useful for local authority payments and payments taken via a card acquirer.
