Over the Christmas period our office will be operating reduced hours as shown, but please be assured that LettsPay continues to monitor systems at all times.
We are never really away and the platform keeps working even when desks are empty.

If you need help or support during the festive period, the best and fastest way to reach us is to email - help@lettspay.co.uk.

This automatically raises a support ticket and ensures your issue is logged, tracked and handled as efficiently as possible.


Opening Hours:

  • Wednesday 24th December - Office open till 1pm

  • Thursday 25th & Friday 26th - Office closed

  • Mon 29th, Tue 30th, Wed 31st - Office open

  • Thursday 1st January 2026 - Office closed

  • Friday 2nd January 2026 - Normal hours resume
